Assistant Business Development Manager- Environment Testing Lab

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute a business development strategy to achieve Revenue targets and market

expansion goals.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to Environment monitoring & Testing

within the all-industry sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry

partners, and regulatory bodies.

• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and

address market trends.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry developments

and emerging opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to potential clients and senior

management.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Environmental Science or a related field; advanced degree or relevant

certification is a plus.

• 3-5 year experience in business development or sales within the Environmental analytical

testing laboratory in Northern region

• Strong understanding of CPCB & MOEF norms related to Environmental monitoring & Testing

requirements/standards.

• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
