Business Development Manager

Job Title: Sales Executive New Client Acquisition & Investment Products

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune

Reports to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• New Client Acquisition: Proactively acquire 7-8 new clients per month from the open market through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation methods.
• Cross-Selling Investment Products: Promote and cross-sell third-party investment products, including SIPs, Mutual Funds, Insurance, etc., to enhance revenue generation.
• Revenue Generation: Drive revenue by generating income from all products sourced through new accounts.
• SIPs (Systematic Investment Plans): Achieve a target of 5 SIPs per month with a minimum investment of Rs. 2,000 each.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business and referral opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 Year of experience in sales in areas such as CASA, Insurance, Demat, SIP, or Mutual Funds.
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of broking and operations processes.
• Previous experience in the broking industry is highly desirable.
