Customer Success Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consumer Relations Specialist at Magicleaf in Lucknow. The Consumer Relations Specialist will be responsible for handling consumer inquiries, resolving issues, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, and training staff on consumer relations protocols.

Qualifications

• Consumer Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
