Role Description

We are looking to add up to 5 interns to our Marketing, Content and Consumer Insights team.

This is a full-time on-site role in Lucknow. The interns will get involved in handling day-to-day marketing tasks, assisting in brand management activities, and supporting marketing campaigns for our 'no added sugar' products.

High performance interns will be hired full time post the internship.

Desired Skills and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

- A bachelors or masters degree in Marketing/Design/Communications/Business is desirable. Other streams can also apply.

- Fundamental understanding of Digital Marketing Skills (Ads/Content/Design)

- Attitude and Desire to build a career in Marketing/Brand Building/Digital Advertising

- Strong work ethics, good written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to learn and willingness to take feedback

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Prior internships in Marketing/Design/Brand Building

The candidates will:

- Produce Content Social Media Handles and Campaigns

- Speak with Customers to generate actionable insights and translate them into real campaigns

- Design & execute Digital Marketing Campaigns (FB/Google/Email/Whatsapp)
