Warehouse Quality Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems while overseeing warehouse operations
• Monitor and ensure FSSAI compliance in all warehouse activities
• Prepare, maintain and enforce SOPs for warehouse processes and documentation
• Conduct quality inspections from inward to dispatch of materials
• Oversee 3PL activities including packaging, labeling, and documentation
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing materials ensuring quality standards
• Conduct periodic staff training on cGMP and technical topics
• Ensure proper hygiene standards are maintained in warehouse
• This job requires travel between our 3 warehouses in Bhiwandi and Nhava Sheva, as and when required

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's/Master's in Pharma/Food Tech/Biotech/Chemistry
• Fresher or with 1-4 years of experience in quality control/food industry
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and FSSAI regulations
• Strong understanding of quality management systems
• Excellent documentation and compliance management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
