Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with prospects across various marketing channels who wish to import white-labeled products from India.
• Qualify leads, order samples, prepare quotes, schedule meetings, and compile reports.
• Organize, update, and manage detailed activities using internal ERP tools.
• Participate in training, seminars, demos, and worksheets to continuously improve.
• Contribute to process improvements and overall efficiency.

Requirements

• No formal college degree required.
• 1-3 years of experience in high-performing Pre-Sales/Inside Sales roles.
• Experience working in teams; some level of CRM proficiency is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools.
• Comfortable working with customers across multiple countries, languages, and currencies (flexible with time zones).
• Proficiency in math, Excel, PPT, and knowledge of world geographies.
• Foreign language skills or startup founder/early-stage experience is a plus.
