Perform the daily operations of Tacchi (HTL) machine on rotary parts in line with ISO:90001 ISO:19443 along with SQDC approach to achieve shift wise target as per Machining inputs standard work. Contributes to team efforts in accomplishing the organizational goals.
Your Role:
Follow site EHS procedure and nuclear safety awareness along with daily points of work risk assessment at shift starting.
Report any stop work or concerns related to EHS quality.
Perform assign activities in line with work specific regulatory compliance and organizational EHS policy.
Competent for assessment of risks hazards associated with the task respective mitigation actions.
Undergo required EHS trainings to work safely perform tasks in safe manner. Shall acquire the respective authorization/training before performing an activity.
Ensure that all Contract workers are performing the assigned activity safely while working with you or nearby area.
Knowledge about basic EHS guidelines/Environmental Impact aspect and risk related to activities of Machine shop assembly.
Understanding of nuclear safety culture and ITNS-I A (Important To Nuclear Safety- Item Activity)
Review and understanding of machining documents like MOPs, SOPs, drawings, KSL, program files, Tool sheets and FMEAs.
Follow TPM procedures likes AM checklist and involvement in PM activities.
Knowledge of rotary components, bearing pads operating of CNC horizontal lathe.
Perform job set up offset, Tool set up offset and precise quality measurements as per instructions requirements.
Teamwork and Coordination with fellow operator team cross functional team for uninterrupted Production.
Support other machine team assembly team.
Profile
Basic Qualifications(requirements):
ITI- machinist / Diploma in Mechanical engineering
Min 5-year experience in Machining of rotary parts (Turbine/Generator)
Basic computer skills
