Monitor and maintain the high-quality work during construction work.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project.
Establish In depth lifting plan considering lifting methodology, hazards and control, Centre of gravity, size, shape, weight and type of components and Weather condition.
Knowledge of method used for slinging, attaching, and detaching the load with lifting points on load.
Knowledge of Nuclear safety culture awareness, ITNS-I/A management and CFSI awareness.
Maintain and update Skill Matrix/competency of all crane operator along with their development plan and regular assessment.
Responsible for all assigned lifting operation and operators within all factory area/bay
Supervise the ongoing lifting operations to ensure safety lifting and periodically review all lifting plans and risk assessments.
Knowledge of Safe working load (SWL), Signals, slinging, Anchored loads, Unstable loads, winches, routine, and non-Routine lifting activities
Thorough understanding technical knowledge of overhead cranes and mobile cranes and basic requirement of maintenance checks
Knowledge of general guidance for all cranes and hoist operation of before, during and after lift
Define and finalize the lifting process in the form of lifting plan for every component well in advance to the start of lifting.
Coordinate and support Shop supervisor and crane operator for ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
Identifies & resolves technical lifting related issues prior to start and during the lifting processes.
Uses technical experience and lesson learn and data centric thinking for continuously improve all relevant process.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.

Strong EHS focus. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment Proven experience in construction management or a similar role, typically 3-5 years, demonstrating a track record of managing personnel and projects successfully. Strong understanding of construction methods, structure, materials and regulations is essential. Excellent lifting process engineering capabilities and analytical skills. Ability to read construction blueprints and store elevation drawings Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects Leadership skills necessary for managing diverse teams and interfacing with vendor, contractor, and stakeholders. Basic Qualifications(requirements):-
BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical/Production with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
