Site Operation Supervisor

Supervision of site construction, erection and commissioning of structure and building, lifting of relevant components detailed including lifting plan of components for normal and critical lifts considering nuclear safety where applicable with thorough risk assessment in line with EHS Framework.

Project schedule and site readiness (Plan v/s Actual)

Desired Skill set:

Strong EHS focus.
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
Proven experience in construction management or a similar role, typically 3-5 years, demonstrating a track record of managing personnel and projects successfully.
Strong understanding of construction methods, structure, materials and regulations is essential.
Excellent lifting process engineering capabilities and analytical skills.
Ability to read construction blueprints and store elevation drawings
Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects
Leadership skills necessary for managing diverse teams and interfacing with vendor, contractor, and stakeholders.
Thorough understanding of Engineering Drawings, Standards and Specifications
Strong interpersonal, leadership and time management skills
Knowledge of Lifting accessories like marking and identification, Hooks, slings, shackles, Collared eyebolts, spreader, and equalizer beams.
Significant knowledge of thorough examination and inspection of lifting equipment and accessories
Ability to identify and implement cost reduction strategies based upon process improvements and experience.
Ability to develop credibility with employees, manager, and peers.
High attention to detail and accuracy of every task and anticipate the future risks or challenges in advance.
Demonstrated integrity accept and adhere to high ethical, moral, and personal values in judgements, communications, and actions when dealing with others.
Come up with the alternative approach while raising a problem or a challenge.
Able to work cross functional teams to generate customer solutions as the final goal.

Basic Qualifications(requirements):-

BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical/Production with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
