Job Description
- To support, coordinate and drive all Lean Events with cross functional Teams for smooth execution
- To develop Lean and industrial Engineering Competency
- Should have hands on experience of Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Smartsheet and Microsoft Project
- To have knowledge of Lean tools Ske VSM, Kaizen, 3P, PS, 55 etc.
- To drive Continuous Improvement in the Factory
- To Create site Value Stream Map (VSM) and follow up actions to promote Lead Time/cost/Inventory continuous reduction
- Drive and monitoring/follow up of actions which of Kaizen Newspapers and all lean everits.
- To Prioritize safety and quality in executing assigned duties and communicating lean principles to employees
- To coordinate and support for Daily Management System
- To stay updated and keeping Team align with the Lean priorities, maintaining documentation running at Global Lean Level
- Coordination for Kick-off and report-out calls of Kaizen Week and maintaining all related Documents.
- Maintaining and updating Lean Calendar, Global Lean Smartsheet with Actual/Planned Benefits and Operational Goals

- Ability to provide explanations and train others
- Ability to coordinate activities of different teams/projects
- Ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels in a variety of GE cultures
