* Should have work experience in performing Title search for COS,TOS & FS.

* Must have search knowledge in Netronline site, Data trace, Data Tree and other similar
applications.

* The candidate should have descent communication skill.

* Good typing speed.

* Should have good verbal and analytical skills.
