Job Description

Inside Sales Executive/Manager: -

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and optimize our inside sales team at Alkemy EdTech. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and implementing innovative strategies to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and goal attainment.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture and grow market share.

- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build strong, long-term customer relationships and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

- Oversee the lead qualification process to ensure efficient sales conversions.

Operational Excellence:

- Establish and refine sales processes, tools, and workflows for maximum efficiency.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

Reporting and Analytics:

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales.

Leadership : Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse sales team.

Analytical Skills : Strong aptitude for analyzing data and using it to drive decisions.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

CRM Proficiency : Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Domain Knowledge : Experience in the EdTech industry is highly preferred.

Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
