Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Perform data analysis and identify data quality issues.
• Participate in database design and schema modifications.
• Troubleshoot and debug SQL code.
• Assist in the performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
• Collaborate with other developers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document SQL code and database processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SQL Server features and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
• Assist in data migration and integration projects.
• Support existing database systems and ensure their stability and availability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in SQL development (preferably SQL Server).
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and SQL syntax.
• Experience with writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
• Ability to analyze data and identify data quality issues.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
