Job Description
The successful applicant should have experience in:
Drafting of Litigation-related documents.
Drafting of Legal Notice/Demand Notice/Replying to legal/statutory notice received.
Managing civil litigation cases, including property disputes, contractual disputes, recovery suits, insolvency proceedings etc.
Supporting real estate practice by handling property transactions, title due diligence, lease agreements, and regulatory compliance.
Conducting comprehensive legal research and contribute to case strategy development.
Handling and appearing in matters before the High Court and Trial courts and other adjudicating authorities/tribunals;
Supported/briefed Senior counsel/Counsel with case preparation and ensure compliance with court procedures.
Essential Criteria:
Qualified LLB from a premier law school in India or abroad (qualified to work in India).
Internship experience with reputable law firms, preferably with an interest and experience in litigation/real estate.
Bar council registration and gown is mandatory.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in both oral and written Odia.
Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of attention to detail.
Self-motivated individual with a high sense of responsibility and ownership
