Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Test Lead to define and drive the end-to-end (E2E) test strategy for our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting, ensuring seamless integration with business and technical teams.
Define and document the E2E Test Strategy and approach.
Identify test scope, objectives, and key business processes to be validated.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define test environment, data needs, and dependencies , and ensure their availability.
Coordinate between multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of test plans.
Establish structured processes for test execution and defect management .
Provide regular test status reporting and communication to stakeholders.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when required.
Deliver final test summary reports to support Go/No-Go decision-making.
Required Skills Experience:
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies .
Hands-on experience with test management tools like QMetry JIRA.
Proficiency in functional, non-functional, system integration (SIT), and UAT testing .
Experience with defect tracking, reporting, and test execution dashboards .
Ability to use project-tracking tools like Jira and Confluence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.
Good to Have:
Experience in the Retail domain is a plus.
Leadership Soft Skills:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience in test coordination, execution, and reporting .
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into test strategies.
