Legal Manager

Responsibilities:

• Litigation: Research subject matter including criminal and civil, prepare briefs for senior counsels and court filings apart from providing litigation support in courts.
• Drafting: Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, deeds, and other agreements including Joint Development Agreements.
• Land title due diligence: Independently handle title diligence requirements for various purposes ranging from residential to commercial developments.
• Attend court meetings, hearings, and negotiations on behalf of the company.
• Prepare and present reports on legal activities, risks, and issues to senior management.
