Role & responsibilities

As a Legal Consultant, you will be the primary legal advisor to our real estate firm, responsible for providing ongoing legal support on various real estate transactions, disputes, compliance, and other legal matters. Your expertise will be essential in safeguarding the companys interests and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

You will work closely with senior management, the real estate team, and external stakeholders, offering timely legal advice and drafting/reviewing documents related to property acquisitions, sales, leasing, construction agreements, and regulatory compliance

• Drafting Documents: Sale Deed, MOU, Lease Deed, Leave & Licence, Will, Development Agreement, Power of Attorney, Agreement to Sale, Legal Notice
• Preparing Search & Title Reports, RERA Reports, RERA Drafts
• Knowledge of IGR and GRASS Websites
• Conveyancing Practice
• Revenue Practice
• Marathi Typing
• Land Acquisition
• Ability to Work Independently Using Own Experience & Knowledge

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Law
• Mandatory 5+ experience in Real Estate field
