Job requirements
Provide consistent and timely support and feedback to Aptia colleagues who have queries regarding People policies and processes.
Oversee and manage HR systems and processes, including but not limited to Employee Lifecycle (Hire to Termination)
Collaborate with internal /global teams (e.g., Payroll & Benefits, People Partners ) to enhance knowledge management and process improvement across service delivery centres .
Support people team in daily operations such as case management, process management, reporting etc.
Support people operations team to identify challenge and opportunity for driving excellence.
Continually maintain Aptia learning base and update Standard Operating Procedures
Responsible for managing Workday help cases and daily SLA management .
Support process change in Aptia HRMS system , make sure that employee data is updated and accurate .
Assist People Ops team in internal activities and global initiatives
Assist the team in managing reports and dashboards.
Requirements
A minimum of bachelors degree or its equivalent.
0 to 5 years of professional experience.
Prior experience in Workday is an added advantage but not limited to it. SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Oracle Fusion and other HCM experience can also be considered.
Prior knowledge of defining and stabilizing, SOP creation are added advantage.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Proven ability to learn quickly, behave professionally, and proactively take responsibility.
Ability to work collaboratively or independently.
Demonstrate high level of discretion relating to confidential information.
Self-motivated and can-do attitude.
