Aptly Technology - Dynamics Support Engineer - Finance & Operations (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Provide first-line technical support to users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Finance and Operations modules

- Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks

- Implement solutions to optimize system performance

- Assist with system administration tasks, such as user management and security configuration

- Configure and maintain Data Import/Export Framework (DIXF) for data migration

- Develop and maintain reports using SSRS and Power BI

- Monitor and manage LCS (Lifecycle Services) environments, including deployments and upgrades

- Deploy and manage customization packages

- Configure and troubleshoot workflows and batch jobs

- Understand and support Dual Write functionality

- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues

Skills Required :

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O)

- Experience with Data Management (DIXF)

- System administration experience

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with SSRS and Power BI reporting

- Familiarity with LCS (Lifecycle Services)

- Experience with package deployment

- Understanding of workflows and batch jobs

- Knowledge of Dual Write functionality (preferred)

- Strong documentation skills
