Job Description
Major Accountabilities:
Conduct DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and root cause analysis to identify potential failure modes, mitigate risks, and enhance product reliability and safety.
Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and manufacturability best practices to streamline production processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
Lead FMEA-Pro and APIS IQ - Software analyses to assess manufacturing risks, optimize process designs, and minimize potential defects and failures.
Conduct reliability analysis using ReliaSoft XFMEA to evaluate product performance, identify failure modes, and develop strategies for enhancing reliability and durability.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement design improvements and reliability enhancements based on analysis findings, ensuring robust and dependable products.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control requirements in product development and manufacturing processes.
Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization, proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization, technology adoption, and efficiency enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in implementing innovative solutions and best practices to improve product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
