- We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Business Manager to oversee multichannel e-commerce platforms and manage biddable media campaigns.
- The role requires expertise in Amazon Editor, Google Ads Editor, and Bing Ads Editor, along with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Criteo, Citrus, Lazada, and Shopee.
- You will be responsible for campaign planning, optimization, reporting, and team management to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Criteo, Citrus, Lazada, and Shopee.
- Utilize Amazon Editor, Google Ads Editor, and Bing Ads Editor for campaign management.
- Plan, set up, and optimize media campaigns to ensure high performance and ROI.
- Conduct quality checks on reports and analyze campaign performance for insights and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide search optimization strategies and recommendations aligned with business objectives.
- Traffic creatives into platforms and ensure campaigns are launched on time.
- Maintain knowledge of media technology, analytical tools, and industry trends.
- Prepare and maintain daily pacing reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign analysis reports.
- Leverage tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, and Power BI for reporting and automation to enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Assist in preparing pitches and proposals for new clients.
- Oversee a team, ensuring effective performance management and team development.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Graduate/PG. Specialization in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or Business Management is preferred. (MBA is a plus)
Experience:
- 4 to 6 years in the biddable media domain with a strong focus on e-commerce platforms.
- At least 1 year of experience managing a team.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Amazon Editor, Google Ads Editor, and Bing Ads Editor.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Criteo, Citrus, Lazada, and Shopee.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with media technology, campaign analysis, and billing documentation.
