Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in MS Office 365 Suite, Macros, and Power BI and have the flexibility to travel across India to deliver training sessions based on client requirements. A minimum of 2-3 years of training experience, especially in corporate settings, is essential. Familiarity with SQL Server, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) will be an added advantage. Relevant certifications and a graduate or postgraduate degree are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Conduct corporate training sessions on MS Office 365 Suite, Power BI, and Macros for diverse client teams across various industries.
  • Customizing Training Programs: Develop and tailor training materials to meet client needs, ensuring high-quality learning experiences.
  • Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to assess and understand their training requirements, preparing modules that address specific skill gaps.
  • Travel: Be willing and available to travel across India as required by client training schedules.
  • Post-Training Support: Provide continued support and mentorship to participants to ensure skills retention and implementation post-training.
  • Assessment & Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • MS Office 365 Suite: Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Macros & VBA: Hands-on experience in developing and automating processes using Macros.
  • Power BI: Expertise in creating reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven corporate training experience, with the ability to engage and upskill participants.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • SQL Server: Knowledge of database management and querying.
  • AI/ML: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS): Experience with LMS tools for delivering and managing training programs.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate: A degree in any field. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Certifications:

  • Certifications in MS Office, Power BI, or Data Analytics will be considered a huge plus and will strengthen the application.

  • Self-Motivated: Proactive approach to learning and upgrading skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage and motivate learners.
