Associate Project Manager, Noida

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
• Being point of contact for various working groups
• Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical/non-technical solutions
• Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes
• Provide Management Reports on Overall progress and health of projects and Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio
• Prioritize Projects as per Strategic Business Objectives
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Streamline and Automate Processes and Workflows
• Facilitate Team Collaboration and Communication

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency with MS Office Suits or related software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to solve problems creatively
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
