Job Description - XBRL

• The primary responsibilities include preparation of Financial Statements including Balance sheet, Statement of Income and Cash Flow statements basis on US-GAAP standards Analyse the company financial Information and Investment management.
• Regulatory Reporting (covering 10K, 10Q, 8K, 485BPOS and 497) for the US Companies as mandated by SEC.
• Preparation of financial Statements and related footnotes and tagging of Risk-Return Summary including assigning proper tags to maintain XBRL Filing and producing productions in prepared by using US-GAAP taxonomy.
  Process Journal entries and perform corrections to ensure accurate records.
• Coordinates and executes the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including supervisions of financial statements, key reconciliations and reviews.
• Review and Analyse XBRL Tagging and XBRL Documents.
• Experience in XBRL GCM or GIM Tagging.
• Experience working under tight deadlines to meet the result.
• Work on iXBRL jobs which includes tagging of financial statements, Risk/Return (Investment Management) clearing Validation errors and analysis of hidden Facts.
• Perform Quality check on a daily basis to avoid the errors in the process.
