Instructional Designer/ Sr. Instructional Designer

We are looking for instructional designers who has hands-on experience in Articulate Storyline and can join immediately

Role & responsibilities

• Analysing the source content to develop instructional material for various delivery methods such as ILT/VILT, WBT, video, etc.
• Creating storyboards and other instructional material as per the design document/learning goals identified for the learners.
• Creating supporting materials or scripts for videos, simulations, role plays, games, job aids etc.
• Developing modules using rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
• Visualizing instructional graphics as per the nature & complexity of content and delivery method.
• Applying instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and best practices to create engaging learning experiences.
• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), internal teams, vendors, and other functional teams (PM/Graphic/Programming) during the development process.
• Conduct thorough reviews and quality assurance edits of instructional materials to maintain accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the desired learning objectives.
• Maintaining project documentation, including, storyboards, ID checklists etc. and adhering to version control.
• Leveraging authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other relevant technologies to effectively develop and deliver learning solutions.
• Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest best practices in instructional design.

Preferred candidate profile :

• In-depth knowledge of ID methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Mandatorily Required - Hands-on experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 3/360. Experience in RISE 360, Adobe Captivate, etc. or similar tools is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in creating storyboards for ILTs/vILTs and WBTs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality learning materials.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
