Quality Assurance Analyst (Manual Testing)

Skills

Shift & Timings

5 days working (Monday to Friday), Evening Shift 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Understands the purpose of the product and the customer's workflow, advocating and demonstrating quality practices that put the customer's needs first.
• Expert in Writing test cases, reporting bugs, and doing follow-ups for the same.
• Participates in grooming and provides the necessary test plans for the lifecycle of a product with functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility in mind.
• Utilizes analytics, telemetry, and other data to drive an understanding of our users.
• Evaluates test results for accuracy and to verify if failed tests are product failures or platform issues.
• Advocates for and applies the processes and procedures within the software development lifecycle.
• Expected to Log in on time and be punctual and maintain self-discipline.
• Adhere to all the Organizational policies.
• Should take responsibilities for individual tasks.
• Initially, this role will be an individual contributor.
• Establish and promote best practices for manual testing and quality assurance processes within the team.

Educational Qualification & Skills

Graduate in a Bachelor's of Engineering / MCA.
