Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Growth Executive
Intern in the software development. This internship opportunity is designed for those who are eager
to learn and contribute to the growth strategy of rapidly evolving tech company. As a Growth
Executive Intern, you will work closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to
support initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will assist in
conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying new growth
opportunities within the software landscape. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in various aspects of business growth and strategy execution, while also
contributing to real-time projects that have a tangible impact on the organization s performance.
Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for technology. This
internship will not only enhance your professional skill set but also provide insight into the workings
of a successful software company during a critical phase of growth.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to attract
new clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for
growth.
Support the analysis of competitor strategies to inform business decisions and identify
differentiating factors.
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation processes and optimise
conversion rates.
Contribute to the creation of engaging marketing materials, including presentations,
brochures, Social media digital content.
Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth
initiatives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for customer
engagement and retention strategies.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a
related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for technology and a desire to learn about the software industry.
