We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Market Research Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and product performance. This role involves conducting in-depth research to identify opportunities, improve product strategies, and support business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, expertise in research methodologies, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and industry shifts.
• Perform competitive analysis, benchmarking competitors products, pricing, and strategies.
• Analyze product performance, user feedback, and market positioning to suggest improvements.
• Gather and interpret data from various sources (surveys, industry reports, databases).
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align research insights with business goals.
• Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings.
• Monitor key metrics and provide actionable recommendations to enhance product-market fit.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product research, market research, or competitive intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and visualization.
• Proficiency in research tools, SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with survey tools, A/B testing, and customer analytics.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.

• Experience in SaaS, IT, or e-commerce industries.
• Knowledge of AI-driven market research tools.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping and UX research.
