Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include.

Post job openings on recruitment platforms.

Monitor and track candidate applications..

Ensure job descriptions align with hiring needs..

Review and assess resumes to shortlist candidates..

Conduct initial screening calls and brief telephonic interviews..

Document interview feedback and share with the recruitment team..

Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers..

Communicate interview details (time, location) to candidates..

Support interview logistics (room bookings, panel coordination)..

Maintain regular communication with candidates and keep them updated on application status..

Send interview invitations, confirmations, and follow-up emails..

Assist in managing the candidate experience throughout the process..

Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and interview feedback..

Help generate reports to track recruitment progress..

Collaborate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand job requirements..

Provide updates on recruitment processes and gather feedback post-interviews..

Working Days:Monday to Saturday..

Timings:10 AM to 7 PM..

Work from the office:Monday, Wednesday and Friday..

Work from home:Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday..
