Job Description
- Excellent communication skills with strong command on English Language and accent is a must.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
- After initial training, you should be able to handle the task independently.
- Ability to multitask and carry conversation simultaneously.
- Record customer information within our customer service software.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the companys customer service policies.
- Freshers with excellent communications skills are welcome.
- 0-4 Years of International call center experience.
- Should be a computer literate with good typing speed.
- Years of experience in relevant field or any other voice-based remote support center.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including telephone etiquette
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Willing to work in U.S. timings (night shift).
