Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Franchise Manager to oversee the operations and growth of our franchise network. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for supporting franchisees, driving sales growth, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Franchisee Support: Provide guidance and support to franchisees to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

2. Operational Compliance: Conduct regular site visits to ensure franchisees are adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.

3. Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth across the franchise network.

4. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs for franchisees and their staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

5. Communication: Foster open communication with franchisees, providing regular updates on company initiatives, promotions, and industry trends.

6. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by franchisees in a timely and professional manner.

7. Business Planning: Assist franchisees in developing and implementing business plans to achieve their goals.

8. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze franchisee performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results.

9. Brand Standards: Ensure franchisees maintain the company's brand standards, including marketing, branding, and customer service.

Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in franchise management, Sales/Business development ,operations management, or a related field.

2. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, including financial management, marketing, and sales.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

4. Leadership: Proven leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire franchisees.

5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

6. Travel: Willingness to travel to franchise locations, as required.
