Job Description

Job Title : Business and Operations Analyst

Location : Mohali, Sector 66

Work Mode : Onsite

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business and Operations Analyst to work directly under the CEO s supervision. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with top-level management, gaining insights into both business strategy and operations. The Analyst will play a key role in driving data-driven decisions, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CEO to analyze business operations, identify key trends, and recommend solutions to improve performance.
Gather, organize, and interpret data from various sources to develop actionable insights that align with organizational goals.
Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis on operational and business metrics to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
Work on cross-functional projects, coordinating with departments to implement operational improvements.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive meetings and strategic discussions.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement and drive business objectives.
Support the CEO in planning and executing new initiatives to achieve growth and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create meaningful insights.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings to senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
