Your role:
We are looking for an Associate Director-Product Operations to partner with product leadership for building an effective Product Management organization. You will be responsible for defining, delivering, operating, and evolving the product team s operational practices - including strategic planning, budgeting, execution, and product delivery practices. You will help ensure that product development teams are well-positioned to achieve their planned objectives & long-term strategic goals. The individual must have strong experience in how product companies run, how data-driven decision-making is done, and how efficient processes are created. You will be coordinating with the Operational leaders as well as company leadership (Customer Innovation, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, Growth Strategy, Sales enablement), ensuring a tight product feedback loop, and coordinating smooth, high-quality feature launches. For this role, you need to be a creative and a quantitative thinker. This is a highly cross-functional management role, and it will be a critical lever for us to deliver on our mission.
