Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented apprentice to support our Human Resources (HR) department in Job posting , screening , selection and recruitment . This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building a career in Talent Acquisition and mastering the complete recruitment process. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience and valuable exposure to various HR functions, preparing you for a successful career in Human resource management .
A Day in the Life
- Assist in the recruitment process: Manage job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Recruit for fresher roles and handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to final selection.
- Coordinate and participate in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations to support HR operations.
What You Need
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferably from the batch of 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024.
- Must be available for a minimum apprenticeship tenure of 1 year.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
