This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office working the NIGHT SHIFT. Hours are 6:30pm-3:30am IST. Remote applicants will not be considered.

Summary of the Business Process Analyst

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and streamlining operational processes. This includes identifying inefficiencies in business operations and customer processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement improved workflows, and leveraging data analytics to drive continuous improvement and enhance productivity. The Business Process Analyst ensures that processes align with the companys strategic goals.

Responsibilities for the Business Process Analyst

Process Assessment and Analysis

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing operations, including customer lifecycle, subscription management, billing, onboarding, and support processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Utilize data analytics tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends impacting customer experience and operational efficiency
• Map out complex business processes using process modeling tools to visualize workflows and identify potential areas for automation

Requirements Gathering and Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success, product development) to gather requirements and understand their pain points within existing processes
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather feedback and ensure alignment on process improvement initiatives
• Effectively communicate proposed changes and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the process improvement cycle

Process Design and Implementation

• Develop and document new, optimized workflows and procedures to address identified inefficiencies
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using existing tools or integration with third-party applications
• Create detailed implementation plans, including change management strategies, to ensure smooth transition to new processes

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify areas for further optimization and measure the impact of implemented changes
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management

Qualifications of the Business Process Analyst

• Bachelor s degree in business administration, Management, Information Systems or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Process Analyst, preferably in managing internal business applications
• Strong background in statistical analysis, process life cycle methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Agile), familiarity with process improvement software, and strong facilitation skills
• Proficiency in using process modeling tools to visualize and document complex workflows
• Experience in facilitating change management initiatives and addressing resistance to change

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of the Business Process Analyst

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to team members and leadership
• Ability to manage process improvement projects from initiation to implementation
• Goal-driven, able to set clear short-, medium- and long-term goals to keep focused in pursuing the roadmap/company goals
• Familiarity with business software (e.g. OnePlan, Visio, Salesforce, Microsoft Project, etc.), preferred
• Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN), Lean, Six Sigma or Agile certification, preferred
