Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional technical support to internal users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems efficiently.
- Monitor application performance and system health proactively, identifying and escalating potential issues.
- Develop and maintain Perl scripts to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and streamline operations.
- Work with Oracle databases to manage data, perform queries, and ensure data integrity.
- Manage SFTP/FTP processes for secure file transfer and data exchange.
- Perform thorough testing of bug fixes, enhancements, and new software features.
- Create and update comprehensive software documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development teams to understand requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of computer systems and programming guidelines, staying up-to-date with best practices.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Protect operations by adhering to data security protocols and maintaining information confidentiality.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in application support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Perl scripting and experience working with Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with SFTP/FTP processes and data management techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
