Create interactive applications for product visualization, educational games, and immersive experience in AR/VR, based on Concepts/Technical specifications catering to marketing and training needs. Work independently and should be able to supervise entry level artists and mentor entry level developers.

Location: Chandigarh/Pune

Demonstrate mastery of C# or C++ in both back-end and front-end development, with a focus on VR/AR application development.

Develop and publish cross-platform 3D interactive experiences and serious games for PC and mobile platforms.

Design robust software architectures, defining the structure, components, and interactions of complex software systems.

Create engaging user interfaces by applying strong UI/UX design skills.

Integrate AI-driven features using a basic understanding of AI tools and frameworks.

Gather, analyze, and comprehend project information to ensure clear understanding of deliverables and goals.

Prepare detailed design documents that emphasize user experience and project objectives.

Generate accurate cost estimates and project schedules, efficiently balancing deadlines and resources.

Actively participate in project control, cost management, scheduling, and risk assessments in a collaborative team environment.

Adapt to feedback constructively and implement changes swiftly within an Agile framework.

Adhere to branding guidelines and templates to maintain design consistency.

Master new software, industry standards, and tools rapidly.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices, fostering a lean and efficient development approach.

Exhibit initiative by working independently to produce creative and effective solutions.

Provide technical guidance as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to achieve personal and team objectives.

Lead, guide, and mentor teams on specific projects to ensure high performance.

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in application development, interaction design, or related fields.
• 8+ years of relevant production experience.
• Expert in Unity3D or similar game engines.
• Strong understanding of asset creation for interactive applications, including texturing and lighting.
• Proficient in UI systems for multimodal inputs.
• Solid knowledge of emerging technologies (VR/AR/MR) and Python programming language.
• Experienced in designing user experiences across platforms.
• Skilled in rapid prototyping to demonstrate design functionality.

This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.

Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
