Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will work on developing solutions to enhance business operations and streamline processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop software solutions.- Design, code, test, and implement software applications using Cobol Mainframe.- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.- Document software specifications and user manuals for reference and training purposes.- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.- Experience in database management and SQL queries.- Knowledge of system integration and software testing methodologies.- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
