Devops Lead

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS-based infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee RDS SQL Server instances, including performance tuning, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Manage and optimize EC2 instances, S3 storage, and SES for email-related functionalities.
• MaintainTeamCity Server for multiple environments to support patches, updates, and hot fixes.
• Implement and Maintain and review CloudWatch alarms and dashboards.
• Monitor database performance, scheduled tasks, and services.
• Maintain centralized application/IIS logging.
• Define and execute incident response procedures to maintain uptime and address critical issues promptly.
• Prepare incident reports.
• Implement AWS best practices for securing services, including IAM roles, policies, encryption, and VPC configuration.
• Monitor Security - WAF, GuardDuty, Inspector
• Manage Workspaces accounts and their access policies.
• Ensure compliance with SOC II and lead the reports preparation and submission tasks associated with that.
• Perform routine vulnerability testing and assessment and work with the respective teams to resolve those.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployment. Must have familiarity with Jenkins, Git and Code Pipeline.
• Ensure automated testing and deployment processes to enhance release quality and speed.
• Maintain continuous deployment for different environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps principles into the software lifecycle.
• Mentor and lead a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and accountability.
• Keep an open channel of networking with AWS support for important issues and updates to the infrastructure.
• Review the monthly AWS bill and suggest improvements.
