Job Description
- 4+ years experience in HR or employee onboarding. Experience with large event management is also highly desirable.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience writing corporate communications and basic content for websites, emails and other communications.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications - Exercising great attention to detail and with an eye for constant improvement, manage global new hire rosters and event scheduling.
- Oversee the scheduling process in accordance with Apple s privacy and GDPR requirements.
- Communicating clearly when manage special requests for location and start date changes.
- Think critically and analytically in compiling attendance rates, new hire survey data and other information, regularly updating the team to sharing insights, observations, trends and ideas for improvement.
- Oversee the regular onboarding event at your local site, including recruiting and training our greeting team volunteers and presenters.
- Listening carefully to the team and our customers, write and distribute communications that convey important program updates on our team website and through email and Slack posts.
- Relentlessly pursue a great new hire experience, advocating for improvements to make Apple s new hire programs globally consistent and always amazing.
- Show great attention to detail and an eye for organizing information for clarity and readability.
- Collaborate with the team as a problem solver and someone who can create solutions and develop plan!
- Solid experience with spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software with MacOS experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to analyze survey data, comments and basic attendance data, develop logical summaries and suggestions for action.
