Job Description
- Minimum 4-5 years of industry experience.
- B.Tech EE/CE/ME degree required, M.Tech desired
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical background in either EE or ME.
- Experienced in setting up program/project schedules and work breakdown structures.
- Proactive and highly self-motivated with strong critical thinking capabilities and detail-oriented
- Understanding of high-volume manufacturing processes
- Ability to travel - domestic & international (up to 35%)
- Experience with portable consumer electronics devices is a plus.
- Program/Project management experience is a plus.
- OEM/ODM management experience is a plus
- A Mechatronics background is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
