APPIT Software - Pega Business Architect (5-6 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as a Pega Certified Business Architect (CPBA), working with Pega applications to support business process transformations.

- Leverage Pega Express and methodology to implement business process automation solutions.

- Bring expertise in the Healthcare Industry (preferably the Payer/Provider segment) to design and improve business processes.

- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure they align with Pega solution capabilities.

- Document business requirements as user stories, utilizing Pega DCO (Direct Capture of Objectives), Agile studio, and other Scrum processes and tools.

- Lead and participate in key Agile ceremonies, including Grooming sessions, Scrum meetings, QA/BA reviews, and Playback sessions.

- Create and maintain requirements artifacts to support business process design and development.

- Contribute to effort estimation and project planning to ensure timely delivery of business solutions.

- Ability to design wireframes, create mock-up screens, and define the Data Dictionary for the Pega application.

- Provide expertise in Pega App Studio to facilitate business process automation and customization.

- Create and manage user stories in Jira, ensuring all business requirements are well documented and tracked.

Qualifications :

- Pega Certified Business Architect (CPBA) certification is required.

- 5+ years of experience working with Pega applications in an Agile environment.

- Strong experience in the Healthcare industry, particularly within the Payer/Provider segment.

- Proficient in Pega Express and methodology.

- Ability to effectively facilitate meetings to gather requirements and interact with business teams.

- Experience with Agile studio, Scrum processes, and tools like Jira.

- Ability to create user stories, wireframes, mock-ups, and define Data Dictionary.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact directly with clients and business stakeholders.

- Experience working in Pega App Studio and other Pega tools for business process design.

- Flexible and adaptable to changing processes and requirements
