Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers in the development and implementation of NLP solutions.

- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art NLP models using Python and leading libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NumPy.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP research and effectively integrate them into practical applications.

- Possess a deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) like GPT-3 and conversational AI platforms like Google Dialogflow.

- Seamlessly integrate AI-powered tools like LLMs and conversational AI platforms into scalable and production-ready NLP solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e., data scientists, software engineers) to ensure the successful integration of NLP solutions into our products and services.

- Define and implement best practices for data collection, cleaning, and preparation for NLP tasks.

- Evaluate and optimize the performance of NLP models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications :

- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 8+ years of experience in applied AI and Machine Learning, with a focus on Natural Language Processing.

- Proven track record of leading and delivering successful NLP projects.

- In-depth expertise in Python programming and leading NLP libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, etc.

- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and conversational AI platforms (e. , GPT-3, Google Dialogflow) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
