This role involves developing engaging content strategies, optimizing video performance through SEO best practices, analyzing analytics to track growth, and fostering audience engagement through comments, community posts, and collaborations. The expert aims to boost channel visibility, drive subscriber growth, and maximize reach, ultimately enhancing brand awareness and impact. What you ll do

• Define and implement channel strategy, including long-term goals, go-to-market strategies, and key performance indicators within YouTube s search engine
• Increase the Subscribers and Views on the channel with orgain/paid strategies.
• Manage channel content, including digital media assets, social media marketing campaigns, and owned/earned/paid media.
• Create, maintain, and promote channel content, including videos and other assets
• Develop and oversee channel community, including channel moderators, marketing managers, and network of channel partners
• Manage and enforce channel policies and guidelines
• Supervise channel operations, including staffing, facilities, and equipment
• Develop channel marketing strategy and implement tactics, including paid and organic search, social, and display advertising
• Manage channel communications, including social media, blogs, and other owned/earned/paid media
• Oversee channel business analytics, including reporting, analysis, and optimization

What you ll need

• Bachelor s degree in Media or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Overall 3 - 5 years of solid, diverse work experience in the related industry
• Should be familiar with Youtube management
• Ability to work independently
