Apollo Hospitals - General Manager - Growth & Initiatives (15-24 yrs)

Qualification: Any Graduate (MBBS preferred) + Master's degree in Hospital Management

Experience: 15-20 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Tracking of Business performance

- Weekly performance review and follow up's with all units.

- Analyzing current performance of units and providing suggestions for improving business performance.

- Preparation of comprehensive deck for monthly & quarterly performance review.

- Analysis of organ wise volume and revenue metrics across specialties.

- Identification of Shortcomings and facilitate the development of improvement plan along with unit leadership

- Mitigating revenue & volume deficits by proposing catch-up plans for upcoming terms.

- Delineation of a structured & business-oriented approach for incurring any CAPEX, and provision of guidance on improving utilization of existing resources at disposal, through adoption of scientific methodology.

- Along with Central IT team, development of automated data capturing and representational capabilities(Power BI Dashboards) for development of data-oriented decision-making process, and evaluation of gaps, if any.

For Growth & New Initiatives :

1) Full exposure to understanding and application of:

- Best commercial practices for Oncology business.

- Business development practices.

- New project evaluation methodology

- Investment note planning and preparation
