Apollo s Investment Operations ( Operations ) organization globally supports the end-to-end transaction support. We are a high-growth business looking to scale up our critical activities in a way to support an aggressive five-year business plan across all our investment businesses. We are seeking an innovative, driven and passionate individual to be able to identify, establish and execute key data analysis & automation type opportunities across our Operational infrastructure.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for associates who want to build their career in Private Markets Alternative Investments with a deep interest and experience in Business Process and Operational flows, Data Intelligence & Analytics. Candidate must have balance of operations & technical background to analyze and understand the problems, identify & implement solutions and a zeal to learn new upcoming low code technologies to build solutions for Ops team to generate efficiency in their process.

Data analytics & process improvement/automation team:

Perform deep dive and cross functional review of business processes, identify inefficiencies, and generate appropriate solutions. Collaborate with key regional business and enterprise solutions leadership to devise cross-platform type solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk Build/maintain data analytics & intelligence capabilities, support management of data & analytics ecosystem Build data intelligence solutions including data quality tools, data on demand, executive reports/dashboards Initiate and drive process, technology, and data improvement projects across the Operations organization Maintain analytics pipeline of projects, on-going prioritization and progress reporting against the pipeline

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor s degree with excellent academic record and 5+ years of related work experience

2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

3. Keen attention to detail, given outputs and work products will ultimately be delivered to Firm executives and broader leadership

4. Strong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and excellent interpersonal skills

5. Passion for training and career development; excels in a rigorous and fast-paced work environment

6. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn, results-oriented, and highly accountable

7. Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various internal and external constituents

8. Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills; [fluent in English]

9. Flexible with regards to working hours and time zones

10. Working knowledge of private equity, credit and real assets

11. Understanding of Securities including Fixed income, Equity, Asset backed derivatives, Bank debt, OTC securities and Corporate Action Types.

12. Prior experience in Intelligence, Product Owner or Analytics roles

13. Working knowledge of tools like Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Seismic, Salesforce, Snowflake preferred

Strong proficiency in MS Office product suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
