Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain all new and existing Real Estate property investments in Yardi (Sub-ledger)

• Perform lease analyses, including ASC 842 analysis (Operating Lease vs Financing Lease) for new investments.

• Assist in preparation and review of purchase price allocations for new investments.

• Confirm and reconcile rent receipts and expenses reimbursements at the property level.

• Maintenance and reporting of monthly GAAP books (property level) to Sr. Controllers and Third Party Admin.

• Review property financials prepared by third-party property managers.

• Prepare and analyze the monthly income distributions from property investments.

• Maintain cash reconciliation file, tracking prospective cash inflows and outflows and assist in liquidity analysis and reporting to Sr. Management.

• Monitor funding requests from deal teams and prepare wires for deal fundings, expense reimbursements, distributions, intercompany, etc.

• Assist with maintenance of sub-ledger for CRE debt and CRE securities.

• Analyze REIT level expenses, maintain expense reconciliation files, and prepare monthly budget-to-actual analyses.

• Maintain performance metric calculations, such as IRR, MOIC, Yield, etc.

• Assist Finance Team in monthly close, SEC filings (Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Form 8-K, among others), and preparation of various quarterly materials for Audit Committee and Board meetings.

• Liaise with Internal and Statutory auditors, assisting in submission of audit data requests.

• Work closely with Client Product Solutions team and assist in answering due diligence requests for multiple firms.

• Liaise with various teams across firm like Tax, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Deal Team, Asset Management, Treasury, among others.

• Assist Finance Team with other REIT process areas (fundraising, dividends, tax compliance, valuation, etc.)

• Assist with Ad-hoc requests from Sr. Management.

Qualifications Experience

• 2-3 years of experience (public or private accounting preferred)

• Real estate experience (Non-Traded REIT, Public REIT, real estate fund or owner/operator) preferred;

• Undergraduate accounting degree with exceptional academic credentials;

• CA/CPA or equivalent and strong U.S. GAAP and technical accounting expertise preferred;

• Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills;

• Highly proficient with Excel (modeling skills a plus);

• Experience with general ledger accounting software (i.e. Yardi, VPM, Anaplan) a plus;

• Experience with public filings (i.e. Form 10-K, Form 10-Q), a plus;

• Individual must be diligent and work well in a global team environment;

• Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines with great attention to detail;

• Demonstrated ability in taking initiative;

• A forward thinking, creative individual with high ethical standards;

• Candidate must have an analytical, logical thought process for developing solutions
