Job Description :
1. Should be ready to work from office at Bangalore.
2. Prior experience with any IAM Product is mandatory as a Service Delivery Manager or Product Support Manager or Project Manager.
3. The IAM Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant delivery across the organization.
4. A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, IT security, or related roles, with a proven track record in managing IAM systems.
5. Strong knowledge of IAM technologies (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, Ping Identity, Aveska, Etc) and authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
6. This role involves leading a team to design, implement, and maintain IAM systems while ensuring they meet business objectives and security requirements.
7. The manager will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IAM services within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
8. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IAM services, including identity governance, authentication, and access provisioning processes.
9. Coordinate with business units and IT teams to gather and define IAM requirements, ensuring alignment with business and security needs.
10. Manage the implementation and integration of IAM solutions, such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access controls (RBAC).
11. Lead the IAM team in day-to-day operations, including monitoring and troubleshooting IAM systems, ensuring quick resolution of issues.
12. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, governance policies, and security frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, and ISO 27001.
13. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IAM service delivery and user experience.
14. Monitor performance metrics, manage service level agreements (SLAs), and report on IAM service health and risks to senior management.
15. Provide leadership and mentorship to the IAM team, fostering a culture of security, efficiency, and innovation.
16. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
17. Experience with regulatory compliance and governance frameworks (GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001)
18. Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
19. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at various levels.
