Admission Counsellor

Role & responsibilities

1. Guide prospective students on academic and career choices, addressing queries on courses, admissions, fees, and scholarships.

2. Counsel candidates on program features, pedagogy, and career prospects.

3. Generate and convert leads through cold calling and inbound inquiries.

4. Close sales and consistently meet monthly targets.

5. Manage applications and communicate with parents as needed.

6. Follow up on enrollments and support admissions team goals.

7. Stay informed on industry trends and competitive courses.

8. Record counseling interactions in the CRM.

9. Maintain and expand the prospect database.

Skills Required:

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

2. Fluency in English and Hindi

3. Knowledge of education systems, programs, and career pathways.

4. Sales and persuasion skills to encourage enrollment.

5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
