Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Inbound Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities:
● Inbound Call Handling: Receive and manage incoming calls from customers promptly
and professionally, providing assistance as required.
● Issue Resolution: Listen to customer inquiries, identify their needs, and provide
accurate solutions or escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
● Product and Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive
understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions
and concerns.
● Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM
system, ensuring all relevant details are recorded.
● Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve service
quality and inform potential enhancements.
● Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls if needed to ensure issues are resolved and
customer satisfaction is achieved.
● Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations while
handling customer interactions.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to
ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer issues.
