Role & responsibilities

The role involves contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our solar products and services. As a telecaller, you will provide detailed information, answer customer queries, and guide them in understanding the benefits of solar energy. Building strong customer relationships and maintaining accurate records of communication are essential parts of the role.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to engage professionally over the phone. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
